Registration

After receiving an email (with a unique invite link), participants can register with CTRL. Registering involves providing the following information (R = required; O = optional):

• First name and Family name (R)
• Email (R)
• Password (must be at least 8 characters, with at least one number, one lowercase letter and one uppercase letter) (R)
• Date of birth (R)
• Address, suburb, State, postcode, mobile number and preferred contact method (either email, mobile or mail) (R) Note: Only Australian states are listed, and only mobile phone numbers that conform to Australian phone number format are accepted
• Alternative contact First name, Family name and email (R)
• Information about dependent participants (for each dependent: First name, Family name, Date of birth, and whether the person will be able to provide consent themselves when they reach 18) (O)

Participants are required to agree to the CTRL terms and conditions before registering.
